Rob LoCascio is a serial entrepreneur who grew up in New York. He founded LivePerson in 1995 and invented web chat for customer service, scaling the company to roughly 3,000 employees and a multi-billion dollar market cap over nearly three decades.
In 2023 he founded Uare.ai, formerly Eternos,. The thesis: AI in this generation must mean Authentic Intelligence, not Artificial. The platform is built on a proprietary Human Life Model that captures seven dimensions of a person, identity, world, story, mindset, drive, pattern, and growth, feeding a single private model that thinks, speaks, and creates the way that one person does.
Uare.ai raised $10.3M from Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures. Privacy-first: user-owned data, deletable, never used to train public models. Public launch June 1, 2026.
